Netflix's "3 Body Problem" Non-Spoiler Review:

Review: The Three-Body Problem - Ambitious Concept, Mixed Execution" Source:Netflix "The Three-Body Problem is an amazing concept, yet not great in execution. As a concept, it deals with too many plots, which looks justified but leaves a hollow feeling. The plot: The story starts with an unexplained phenomenon at the cosmic level, which disproves physics, and all the physicists around the world either die or are being hunted.  In between, there is an unexplained video game which allows the remaining physicists to solve the unknown planets' problem and ends with descent into space.  It's too complicated to narrow down, but so is the explanation of things in the series. The good: The casting from GOT initially takes you out of their performances, but they soon become the characters they played, and they serve the plot well.  The intricacy of plots and their respective arcs is designed well, and I especially enjoyed solving the problems in the game, and overa...

Netflix's " Fool Me Once" series non-spolier review:

"Unveiling Deception: A Review of Fool Me Once" Fool Me Once" starts off sluggishly, struggling to captivate its audience in the initial stages. However, this lethargic beginning belies the depth and intensity that the narrative gradually unfolds.  Once the characters are firmly established, the story gains momentum, ensnaring viewers in its web of intrigue and suspense. The Plot: The story revolves around Maya Stren, who tragically loses her husband in a failed robbery attempt.  Seeking solace and security, Maya installs a nanny cam to monitor her daughter, only to witness the impossible – her deceased husband appearing on the video feed.  While this revelation forms the crux of the trailer, the series delves deeper, exploring Maya's complex relationship with power in the military, familial conflicts, and the enigma surrounding her husband's reappearance. Yet, beneath the surface lies a narrative rich in complexity and nuance. The Good: One of the ...

NETFLIX'S "Wednesday Series" Non-Spoiler Review:

NETFLIX'S "Wednesday Series" Review: Brilliantly shot, meticulously acted, and funny at its core.  Source: NETFLIX The Good: Jenna Ortega's performance as Wednesday is exceptional; she was born for the role. Although Emma Myers did an exceptional job playing Enid Sinclair, Jenna as Wednesday stole the show. Her cello performance works more like a cliffhanger. I became an instant fan of her weird moves required to take Wednesday Addams to another level. Her dance performance was a sensation on its own, and we've even seen celebrities recreate the dance moves. Apart from the performance, the story moves, and Sinclair has a good story arc. Cinematography, along with the color palette, looks like a painting. Most of the shots are framed very well and executed with perfection. Even though it revolves around school and surroundings, it never felt claustrophobic. The backstory is solid, and it has good motivation. The Bad: As a normal audience, I couldn't...

Netflix's " Damsel " Movie Non-Spoiler Review:

Image
Damsel: A Gem of Performances Amidst Trailer Spoilers" source: Netflix' Great fairy tale spoiled in its entirety with a single trailer. "Damsel" is a unique movie that cannot be categorized as good or bad; also, it doesn't have deep insight to unravel. It's a simple tale, and its entirety is shown in the trailer. The good: I meant to say the entire cast played extraordinarily, but it doesn't have scope to get any performances apart from Millie Bobby Brown and did justice to the character.  I've noticed growth in her performance, and this is the most mature performance from her. The plot itself is thin, but I loved how it spread across the runtime.  CGI at the reveal of the dragon is amazing, and they went with a different design for the dragon, making it unique.  As I said, there are not many character developments in the movie, but I loved the performances of all the main cast with what little they offered.  The arc of her father, accept...

Netflix's "Spaceman" Spoiler Review:

Image
Unraveling the Web: A Disorienting Journey through 'Skinny Human' and Giant Spiders" credit: Netflix It is a movie made to satisfy the creative needs of writers and directors, and nothing is interesting whatsoever.  My problems with the movie:  Shots Visuals are so trippy; they made me dizzy. Nothing was shot normally; every important scene is either upside down or distorted.  Only the space scenes are tolerable. My head hurt so bad after watching the movie, and I'm writing immediately after completion because I may forget the pain it caused.  Concept- Movies are either made to entertain or educate, but this movie does neither.  The concept is so immature it totally misses the point, and it offers nothing in terms of education.  What is the purpose of his journey? Is it for change? To be a better human? If yes, why don't we start with his negatives, establish the kind of person he is! And give an arc of total redemption.  Is this a high co...
