"Messiah: A Spiritual Enigma or a Screenplay Struggle?"

"Messiah" presents a unique blend of religious and atheistic themes in a thought-provoking series.

The Plot: 

A C.I.A. agent investigates a person claimed to be the Messiah, whose miracles garner a growing following. The narrative explores whether these miracles are genuine or part of an elaborate con.

The Good: 

The ensemble cast delivers justice to their characters, with no standout performances but also no glaring flaws. 

The intriguing concept of the Second Coming is well-established in the pilot, and the plot effectively navigates between belief and skepticism. The writers adeptly create counterarguments, adding depth to the narrative.

The Bad: 

The screenplay falters, wandering without a clear direction. Even when keeping a character mysterious, a coherent narrative should be maintained, which the series lacks. 

The pacing feels slow, dragging a potentially 5-episode story to 10. The lack of significant scenes and characters contributes to a disjointed feel.

Overall:

Is "Messiah" binge-worthy? Not necessarily. While it may appeal to those interested in controversy, it falls short of being a great show. It doesn't categorize as bad, but the overall experience leans towards boredom.

Netflix's " Rebal Moon The Scargiver" Non-spoiler review:

Rebal Moon:  The Scargiver is hard to describe; it's neither great nor terrible. It falls into the mediocre category. After receiving bad reviews for part one, I hoped Snyder would work on the issues, but he did not. Maybe the shooting part was already completed. Story: In the first part, we see Kora gathering fighters to defend the moon in which she took refuge, and now we see how the fight plays out. Fighters gather at the village, and after the one-hour mark, they fight, and that's the entire premise, with voiceovers providing two-minute backstories for every fighter. The good: There are some moments which are fresh, like James' morals versus his oath not to fight, and Cora being able to board the ship without anyone realizing.  These are some things which need appreciation, and the fight choreography is amazing at times. Unraveling the Web: A Disorienting Journey through 'Skinny Human' and Giant Spiders" credit: Netflix It is a movie made to satisfy the creative needs of writers and directors, and nothing is interesting whatsoever.  My problems with the movie:  Shots Visuals are so trippy; they made me dizzy. Nothing was shot normally; every important scene is either upside down or distorted.  Only the space scenes are tolerable. My head hurt so bad after watching the movie, and I'm writing immediately after completion because I may forget the pain it caused.  Concept- Movies are either made to entertain or educate, but this movie does neither.  The concept is so immature it totally misses the point, and it offers nothing in terms of education.  What is the purpose of his journey?
